OCIA OverviewFirst Step: Inquiry Conversation
- If you are discerning to become Catholic, or perhaps simply curious about faith, please schedule an inquiry conversation with Father Chinna. You can email Beth at [email protected]
- Attend Fall Alpha (Alpha is scheduled on Thursdays beginning on September 10, 2026, 6:30 - 8:15 PM and ends on November 12, 2026
- Developing an individualized discipleship pathway requires that anyone who desires to become Catholic will go through the Alpha Course.
- Formation sessions are scheduled on Sundays. Immediately after 8:30 AM Mass, Catechumens and Candidates (with their sponsors) will gather in the Mary & Joseph Room for formation sessions. The formation sessions begin on Sunday, November 15, 2026 in the Mary and Joseph Room.
- Your "Becoming Catholic Journey" includes a discernment conversation with Father Chinna or Beth Henderson, meeting with your sponsor, Formation sessions, rites on Sunday Mass, special liturgies, occasional blessings, retreats, etc.
